At his entry into the thirties, Kilian Jornet, the best mountain athlete in history, lived the best and worst year of his life. The documentary follows Jornet during an intense 10-day tour of 10 cities around the world, discovering for the first time everything that surrounds this professional athlete and showing us her most unknown and unhinged face. Between presentations, interviews and brand commitments and with few hours of sleep, the athlete reflects on a year marked by injuries; for his search for the balance between competition and personal projects, and for the news of the arrival of his first daughter.
