Emelie Forsberg isn’t only one of the world’s top skyrunners, she also has a huge passion for baking and creating her own recipes. On her small farm near Åndalsnes, Norway, she grows green beans, pumpkin, squash, radish, beetroot, various salads, broccoli, cauliflower, and numerous herbs. Some of her favorite ingredients, however, come from remote areas of the wilderness surrounding her farm, which makes baking a cake or pastry a skyrunning adventure in itself…
